This one-day workshop is suitable for everyone aged 16 and over who would like to reap the rewards of a spine that functions optimally every day.
It’s a stand-alone workshop and you will go away with 5 mind and body exercises for you to look after your spine from a physical point of view. These essential techniques provide the building blocks for subsequent courses.
Led By Loulou James, Designer of the Buttafly
Pioneering a truly holistic approach to back care, Loulou is also a specialist physiotherapist, yoga teacher, and Lifestyle Prescriptions® Health Coach.
This is a wonderful opportunity to rest, reset and revitalize your whole system via the spine.
Loulou will be guiding you through a variety of exercises and techniques that can be used over and again to keep your posture and spine in tip-top condition for superb health and vitality.
- Realignment of the spine with the Buttafly Technique
