All you need to know to achieve a flexible and pain-free spine
Whether you’re looking for preventative back care, effortless good posture, a drug-free solution to back pain, improved pelvic floor health or a boost to your vitality, this workshop is for you.
To fully participate in the practical, you will need a Standard Buttafly. However, if you’re not sure you want to invest in a Buttafly yet but are intrigued to see how it works, you’re welcome to attend. We will explore the foundations of a healthy spine, and I will introduce a Lifestyle Prescriptions® approach to spinal health.
There will be plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions and you will be able to join in with the meditation while sitting comfortably or lying down.

What you will need
- A Standard Buttafly if you want to be able to do the practical. Please note that the Flat Buttafly or the Tall are NOT suitable for the Buttafly Technique
- A yoga belt/dressing gown belt
- A wide scarf long enough to tie around your waist
- 3 cushions
- 2 pillows
