Good posture is essential for looking after your spine, reducing the risk of getting back pain, and helping you to manage any symptoms. In this workshop, you will discover all the exercises you need to improve the flexibility and strength of your spine -and your posture will improve as a consequence.
In addition, your legs will feel stronger, your balance will improve, and after a few weeks of doing these exercises, you will likely feel altogether more healthy and energetic.

When you know how you use your body, it makes it easier to correct your own posture at will.
The Buttafly is hugely beneficial to correcting posture. Used in the lying position, the Buttafly shape allows the base of the spine to be free of direct pressure. This unique position facilitates an unwinding of the spine from its postural habits. Most people find the position very comfortable and we show you the best ways to set this up safely and so that you can get the full benefits – in itself, the position promotes relaxation.
