It may seem obvious that poor posture causes POSTURAL STRAIN, but let’s take a moment to fully comprehend what that means…
Yep, that’s right – when posture is poor, strain occurs somewhere in the body.
And, sooner or later, the strain will always lead to symptoms.
Of course, poor posture is not the only reason behind the symptoms listed below, but it’s a common enough factor to take posture more seriously than you perhaps do.
What, then, are the causes of poor posture? Is it always about the wrong desk, chair, etc.?
