Who Is This For?

This week-long programme has been put together for those who would like encouragement to form an essential habit for health and well-being. It’s here to motivate, cajole and urge you to just do it – so you can go on to do more of what you love.

It’s suitable for all those who are already confident about setting up the Buttafly Technique for themselves since we will be diving into the “doing” of it along with guided meditation, breath work, and mindful movement.

What You Will Need

  • Standard size Buttafly
  • Floor space for you to lie down
  • Yoga mat or similar  padding for the floor
  • Two pillows
  • 2-3 small cushions
  • Heavy blanket preferably natural fibre
