While the Buttafly Effect can be experienced with a single half-hour practice, there’s great potency in taking longer to develop the practice and fully surrendering to the process of integration and transformation.
The Buttafly Technique lends itself to bringing in other tools that engage the subtle anatomy. Loulou will draw on Pranayama and Yoga Nidra to help you engage with the wisdom in your body; let your spine release naturally, and experience your innate intelligence as it cascades through the continuum of your myofascia, nervous and craniosacral systems.
