The Buttafly Technique for Deep Rest (Day Retreat)

13 April @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Support the Wisdom in Your Body for Deep, Nourishing Rest and Restoration

Presented by Loulou James

This day retreat offers you a time of gentle exploration, rest and an opportunity for a reset of mind, body and soul.

While the Buttafly Effect can be experienced with a single half-hour practice, there’s great potency in taking longer to develop the practice and fully surrendering to the process of integration and transformation.

The Buttafly Technique lends itself to bringing in other tools that engage the subtle anatomy. Loulou will draw on Pranayama and Yoga Nidra to help you engage with the wisdom in your body; let your spine release naturally, and experience your innate intelligence as it cascades through the continuum of your myofascia, nervous and craniosacral systems.

Everyone’s experience is, of course, unique. Will your posture change? Will your back pain ease? Will you feel grounded, better balanced, spacious or simply more at home in your body?

Read what previous participants have to say here.

Many share their amazement at the Buttafly Effect. The elation of witnessing one’s innate wisdom is evident too.

Discover the Buttafly Technique

By the end of the day, you will also be confident in setting up the Buttafly Technique:

  • How to tailor the position to make it just right for you;
  • Understand the benefits for a healthy spine for life;
  • Promote effortless good posture
  • How to use it to enhance your favourite movement, meditation and breathwork practices;
  • How to treat your own back.
