The Buttafly Technique has been developed by Loulou James, a now-retired physiotherapist, abdominal massage practitioner and yoga teacher. It’s revolutionary in that it supports the wisdom in your body to facilitate a natural release and realignment of the spine. Rather than something external being done to the body, the healing is generated from the inside making it gentle yet profound and extremely effective.
Once you know how to set it up for yourself, the Buttafly Technique can easily be incorporated into your yoga and exercise routine, to help you unwind after a busy day and any time you need a pick-me-up.
