Whether you want to use the Buttafly Technique for back pain relief, posture correction, pelvic floor health, or daily self-care of the spine, this online workshop with Loulou James, creator of the Buttafly, is for you.

  • Learn how to set up the Buttafly Technique correctly so you can reap the rewards;
  • Be confident in knowing where to place the Buttafly;
  • Learn what the “right place” feels like;
  • Understand what “wrong” feels like and how to correct it;
  • Find out how to tailor the Technique for you.

Equipment You Will Need

  • Standard size Buttafly
  • Floor space for you to lie down
  • Yoga mat or similar  padding for the floor 
  • One or two pillows
  • A hand towel
