Our posture makes a huge difference both in how we appear and how we feel. At the same time, posture is a reflection of how we feel. So which comes first?
This workshop introduces you to the tools you need to transform your posture from the inside-out and the outside-in.
You will go away feeling confident and excited, knowing that your journey towards better posture has finally begun. How fast you travel will depend on YOU, and your commitment to doing the exercises regularly.
Daily Exercise Routine
You will go away with exercises that you can build into a short daily routine that will get you looking and feeling better as soon as you begin. We recommend that you practice them at least once a day for a minimum of 21 days to give yourself the best chance possible of embodying a new way of being.

What You Will Need
- Yoga mat or large folded blanket to lie on
- Blanket or two
- Yoga strap or something similar – a tie for a dressing gown belt
- Broom handle or walking stick
- Hand Towel
