It is about growing your confidence\, deepening your understanding and becoming part of a supportive community of teachers who are bringing the Buttafly into their classes and practices. \nJoin Loulou James on the last Thursday of each month for an informal online gathering where you can ask questions\, share experiences and learn alongside fellow Buttafly teachers. \nEach Circle may include: \n\nQuestions and ideas about using the Buttafly in yoga\, meditation\, chair yoga and movement classes.\nTeaching tips and practical demonstrations.\nExploring how the Buttafly can support comfort\, ease and awareness in practice.\nSharing experiences from classes and students.\nSneak previews of new resources\, workshops and product developments.\n\nWhether you are new to the Buttafly or have been using it for years\, these sessions are an opportunity to continue learning\, connect with other teachers and feel supported as you introduce the Buttafly into your own work. \nThere is no set agenda. Some sessions may focus on a particular theme\, while others will simply follow the questions and conversations that emerge. \nBring a cup of tea\, your Buttafly and any questions you’d like to explore.
