The practice of using the Buttafly to facilitate a natural release of the spine is changing lives, and no wonder—the health of the spine is fundamental to overall health and well-being.
From the time we wake up in the morning, every thought, emotion, and activity plays out in the body, causing stress and strain and disturbing the spine's natural alignment.
Since the beginning of time, man has sought to counter the effects of daily living. Records dating back to 4000 BC describe traction beds that are much the same as those still used in physiotherapy today.
The Buttafly Technique works in a very different way
Rather than something being done to the body from the outside, the changes happen from within, organised by the wisdom in the body that is hard-wired for self-healing.
The release of the spine and the realignment that occurs throughout the mind-body continuum are always in harmony with the whole. As such, post-treatment soreness is avoided and provides a safe and gentle treatment for many people.
The Buttafly Technique is effective for postural correction and back, neck, and other musculoskeletal pain relief. It has been shown to ease the chronic nature of musculoskeletal conditions and abate recurrent episodes.
The Technique can be offered as a stand-alone treatment, and once a baseline response has been established, it can be safely combined with other modalities.
