The Tall Buttafly has a gently sloping upper surface to support the pelvis in an ideal position for good posture in the cross-legged sitting position on the floor.
It is 10 cm high at the front edge – the same height as two regular rectangular yoga blocks stacked together.
When you sit cross-legged, if your knees are higher than the hips similar to the photograph here you will most likely benefit from the Tall Buttafly.
If you’re not quite sure whether the Standard or the Tall Buttafly will be best for you, we recommended that you purchase the Standard Buttafly plus the Flat Buttafly so that you can stack the two up-and-down at leisure.
