Feminine Rising — But Can You Feel It? (No judgment!)
I am delighted to have been invited to share a workshop at the Sounds Beautiful Festival. With spaces limited to just 15 participants, we’ll have the opportunity to explore together in a relaxed and intimate setting.
Something is shifting — in the world and in us all.
Many people speak of the feminine rising: A quality of intelligence that is receptive, relational, embodied, and whole. Many of us can sense something changing but without words to describe it, to bring it from the ambient into the personal, it can remain elusive, somewhere out there; felt at the edges but not fully landed. Interesting, even beautiful, but not yet in the bones.
This energy does not need to be earned or learned. It does not require effort, striving or doing. It is already moving. The question is only whether we can move from the habit of pushing forward into the grace of allowing what is already here.
The body is the language. This workshop is the translation.
It starts with a simple truth: how you feel shapes how you hold yourself, and how you hold yourself shapes everything else: how you breathe and interact with the world around you.
Natural posture — or to say it another way, your original body — is not an achievement or a correction — it is what remains when we stop bracing against life.
Come and join Loulou James, designer of the Buttafly, at the Sounds Beautiful Festival and explore some gentle practices as grounded and accessible as Mother Earth herself.
Please bring a yoga mat or something similar to lie on, a cushion or pillow, and a blanket.
Open to all – men, don’t be shy!
