The Kaleidoscope community
Kaleidoscope takes its name from the collective noun for a group of butterflies, reflecting a growing network of professionals connected by a shared interest in natural back care, healthier movement and spine health.
Our members come from a wide range of disciplines, including yoga, Pilates, exercise and fitness, manual therapy and healthcare. What brings us together is a desire to help people move with greater ease, confidence and body awareness, while continuing to learn from one another.
Many members first discover the Buttafly because it helps them personally. They soon realise it is far more than a yoga prop. Used thoughtfully, it becomes a valuable teaching tool that supports more comfortable sitting, restorative practice, breathwork, meditation and healthier spinal alignment.
As their understanding grows, so does their confidence in helping others experience its benefits.
