We don’t have a photograph of using the Buttafly upside down so we’ve used the logo instead!
The point we are wanting to make here is that there are an awful lot of people out there sitting on their Buttafly the wrong way up – and once or twice, we’ve even seen it being used back-to-front.
Just this week, Liz, one of our Affiliate teachers mentioned that she had seen a lady sitting on it upside down in class. She went over to ask her how she found the Buttafly, to which the lady replied, “not very well if I’m honest.” Liz then kindly showed her how to use it properly and the lady almost cried with relief. Now she could feel for herself why people describe it as the best meditation seat ever!
All the Standard Buttaflys now come ready-packaged with a leaflet explaining how to use it for correct sitting and on the reverse, how to achieve the Buttafly Effect. But it’s become clear that we need to do more to help our customers get the most out of their purchase.
The Buttafly is more than just a variation of a regular yoga block and used in the correct way, it draws on ergonomic and therapeutic principles to provide:

- Spinal realignment
- Better breathing
- Decreased joint pain
- Increased range of motion
We’re delighted to be offering online sessions to all our customers the first Tuesday of every month. Both morning and afternoon sessions are available.
You are welcome to attend the first one for FREE – after that, we ask for a small payment by donation – suggested minimum of £5.
