Little Slice of Heaven & Rinskys Holistic Fayre

Local holistic events are a fabulous way to learn about different treatments and new products. I will be offering the Buttafly Technique to those who would like to experience a natural realignment of their spine.

Many people come looking for help for a particular condition. Two weeks ago, at the Health and Healing Festival in York, I treated a young man with scoliosis, a mum of four with sciatica, and a lady with acute back pain.

Then, a lovely lady called Trish, in her late seventies, had a treatment just because she likes trying new things. She was a real inspiration and had travelled the world taking courses in jungle medicine, energy healing and all sorts of similar things. We could have talked for hours, and my friend Susan and I are keen for her to write a book!

In addition, the Buttaflys will be available for purchase, and the Bespoke Buttaflys will be there for you to try out and order.

Boldre is set in a beautiful part of the New Forest between Lymington and Brockenhurst, a stone’s throw from Setley Pond where I like to practice yoga.

Tasty homemade hot and cold food will be available, with vegan and gluten-free options. If the weather is nice, there’s a lovely picnic area to enjoy the Spring sunshine.
