A Healthy Pelvic Floor for Life

  • Understand how spinal alignment, posture and breathing affect your pelvic floor;
  • Explore the role of the Buttafly Technique for a healthy pelvic floor;
  • Learn how to use breathwork to support the function of the pelvic floor.

This online workshop is led by Loulou James, the designer of the Buttafly, a spinal health specialist with 30 years of physiotherapy experience, an Advanced Arvigo® Practitioner (abdominal massage), and a student of Lifestyle Prescriptions® Health Coaching.

What you will need

  • Standard Buttafly
  • 3 or 4 slender cushions
  • Yoga mats or other light padding to lie on
  • A heavy blanket or two, preferably of a natural fibre
  • 2 pillows
