Transform your yoga with the Buttafly — supporting the neck and shoulders
Life asks a great deal of the body. Yoga can too. Yet even when effort is required, the body still needs space to breathe, respond and find balance from within.
This practical workshop focuses on the neck, shoulders and upper body, exploring how the Buttafly can encourage greater comfort, freedom and natural alignment in your practice. Small changes in the way we place and use props can make a meaningful difference, allowing the body to respond with greater awareness and ease.
Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioner, from beginners to experienced teachers.
Join live or watch the recording
The workshop will be held live online via Zoom, giving you the opportunity to learn, ask questions and explore the practice together.
If you can’t make it live, or would simply like to revisit what you’ve learned, everyone who books will receive access to the workshop recording for 7 days.
There will be opportunities to ask questions during the live workshop. If you’d like personalised guidance specific to your own body or practice, one-to-one consultations are also available.
This workshop forms part of the Transform Your Yoga with the Buttafly series. Each workshop explores a different aspect of yoga practice and can be enjoyed on its own or as part of the complete series.
Led by Loulou James, founder of the Buttafly. For more than 40 years, Loulou has been helping people understand their bodies so they can live healthier, happier lives and do more of what they love.
Don’t have a Buttafly yet? You’re still very welcome to join. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how thoughtful prop use can support your practice and help you decide whether the Buttafly is right for you.
